The Royal Haciendas Resort & Spa Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this resort. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and pampered by the staff. The rooms were exceptional, spacious, and clean. The dining options were delicious and varied. However, I wish the pool area had a bit more variety in terms of activities. Overall, this place is perfect for a relaxing getaway, but it could improve the pool offerings.

Our stay at the Royal Haciendas was absolutely delightful! The resort is beautifully maintained, with stunning grounds and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. While we had an amazing time, the incident regarding the plate charge left a bitter taste, which made us feel a bit taken advantage of. Nonetheless, the service from the staff, especially at the pool and dining areas, was exceptional.

Although the dining experience has its quirks with the billing process, the quality of food was generally good. The staff was exceptional, providing remarkable service throughout our stay. One downside was the beach conditions in the morning, but the attentive staff worked hard to keep it clean.
